A large European public sector agency asked us to develop a senior management recruitment plan to help them identify and recruit a managing director.
The brief was very specific regarding qualifications, experience in public and private sectors, the specified industry and language skills. The agency wanted us to target a slightly younger audience and particularly attract candidates from the new member states. The campaign also had to roll out a new visual style and image that followed strict guidelines.
We decided that this very specific brief would work best using in-flight (targeting potential applicants aboard an airline) and social media to target nationalities and profiles that would have the relevant skills and experience. This slightly different approach allowed us to broaden the reach and find an alternative audience.
Working closely with the client, we delivered a range of relevant visuals. These visuals were subsequently used in the in-flight and social media sectors, as well as on three main online job boards to ensure an online blanket distribution with the aim of attracting a slightly younger audience.
The campaign was delivered below the expected budget. Our creativity in using alternative methods of attracting an audience, using online and in-flight resources, delivered to the client a range of extremely talented potential applicants with the relevant skills and experience.
