Our modular approach consists of the following:

Talent Intelligence — a strategic tool that enables organisations to gather intelligence about their industry or geographical competitors. In particular, we can identify organisational structures and reporting lines, names and job titles, and details of individuals’ skills, experience and education. Importantly, we can also identify the factors that would persuade them to join you.

Talent Identification — We can conduct in-depth research on passive candidates as well as contacting them in the most discreet and appropriate way.

Talent Sifting — We will narrow down the talent database to generate the long list of suitably qualified candidates.

Talent Harvesting — This is the interview phase, focusing on identifying the best candidates for the short list. Interviews are conducted using a variety of channels, either in person or using a range of technological stand alone products, depending on mission parameters of seniority and volume of hires.

Talent Assessment and Recommendation —Our filtering and identification methods can include performance assessments and psychological, aptitude, numeracy and literacy testing, with results calibrated against organisational or industry benchmarks. If Video Screening has been used in earlier stages of the assessment process, we will make available video profiles of every short listed candidate prior to setting up your own face-to- face interviews.

Talent Competition Service — We continue to engage with candidates during the interview and offer phases, until employment is commenced, to maximise the contract issues to acceptance ratio.
